Existing dilapidated agricultural buildings provided the opportunity to produce a bespoke courtyard development of 7 residential units.

New mezzanine floors were inserted to maximize floor without increasing footprint whilst the building fabric was upgraded and enhanced with modern building techniques to bring the structures in line with modern requirements.

Contemporary kitchens and bathrooms have been introduced highlighting the existing historic features to reinforce modern barn style living.
